Dance for Parkinson's
Spring 2024
Workshops (seated or standing) with live music created especially for those living with Parkinson’s disease. These sessions are designed to develop confidence and creativity, by addressing concerns such as balance, flexibility, coordination, mobility and social isolation. Each session includes time to enjoy tea/coffee, biscuits and a blether.
